Date: May 14, 2026 Technician: Nelson System: 3.5 Ton Residential Air Conditioning System (R-410A) Service Performed * Diagnostic on customer’s cooling complaint * Thermostat verification * Delta T measurement across evaporator coil * Refrigerant pressure and subcooling check * Leak detection performed on evaporator coil * Refrigerant adjustment Findings * Indoor temperature measured at 75°F (thermostat setpoint: 74°F) * Delta T measured at 19–20°F * Supply air temperature: 52°F * Return air temperature: 71–72°F * Readings are within normal operating range * Subcooling measured at 2.05°F * Target subcooling for TXV system: 10°F * No refrigerant leaks detected at time of service * No oil stains or visible signs of refrigerant leakage found Corrective Action Added a small amount of R-410A refrigerant to bring system subcooling to the manufacturer’s recommended 10°F target. Current Status System is currently operating properly and cooling the home as designed. Recommendation Because refrigerant was added to the system, a follow-up visit is recommended in approximately 2 weeks to verify the system is maintaining proper refrigerant charge and operating correctly
